If something is urgent and you need it delivered ASAP and you are paying Direct Deposit PLEASE send us an email with a screenshot or confirmation of the payment and we will post it off as soon as we can.
POSTAGE POLICY
We use Australia Post for delivery within Australia and Worldwide. We recognise that high delivery charges for goods sold on the internet can be prohibitive to customer purchases. We have therefore kept delivery costs down to a minimum. Our rates are as follows:

For your peace of mind we use eParcel which tracks the item to your door. We most days of the week.

PICK UP
Pick ups are welcome from Warwick QLD please email or phone us to make arrangements for a suitable time as well as for the address.
PAYMENTS
Payments can be made through Paypal or Direct Deposit and will only be sent on receipt of payments. With Direct Deposit we allow up to 14 days for payment to come through afterwhich we will return items to stock although we will sent a reminder if we are waiting on payment. The sooner payment is made the sooner we are able to get your items to you!
Please keep in mind that we are a family business and if you purchase something please pay OR send us an email requesting us to cancel the order that way we can return items back to stock.
International Orders
Please Note for international orders we ONLY accept Paypal and if an item works out to much for us to post we will have to unfortuntaely cancel the order and refund you. We are happy to give you a quote should it exceed the $16.95 that we allow for.
Returns
If you are not totally happy with your order once you receive it, we will be happy to exchange your item/s within 14 days providing the item/s are in the original condition with tags attached. Goods must be returned at the expense of the purchaser, as well as the new replacement item/s. Goods can be returned for a refund (excluding shipping). Please note All sales become final after 14 days. PLEASE NOTE we do not exchange or refund on Sale items as we are clearing stock so please choose carefully if you have a item to return we can only offer a store credit.
